On their latest album Archipelago Sea Tales the internationally acclaimed Jussi Fredriksson Trio shares musical anecdotes on the beautiful yet vulnerable Archipelago Sea. During the corona pandemic, pianist Jussi Fredriksson wrote new program for the trio, in which the composer dug inspiration from the archipelago's romance to the natural disaster in the Archipelago Sea. The songs on the album were born in Aspo, Nauvo, Bränskär, Gullkrona and other islands in the outer archipelago. The album tells not only about the gloomy current state of the Baltic Sea, but also about its beauty and survival. Alongside the maestro, Fredriksson's music is interpreted by bassist Jori Huhtala and drummer Mika Kallio.
