Cultural Centre Valve Ticket Office
The Cultural Centre Valve ticket office is located at Hallituskatu 7 and is open Wed–Thu from 2 PM to 7 PM and Fri–Sun from 12 PM to 7 PM. Check for any exceptions to the ticket office opening hours at Cultural Centre Valve website (The link opens in a new tab.) The ticket office can be reached during opening hours by phone at +358 8 5584 7575 or by email at valve.lippumyymala(at)ouka.fi.
OULU SINFONIAN LIPPUKAUPPA
Oulu Music Centre, Leevi Madetojan katu 1–3. Check the ticket office's current opening hours at Oulu Sinfonia website (the link opens in a new tab).
Ticket sales at event venue
One hour before the event starts, tickets can be purchased with cash or a bank card. SmartumPay is also accepted.
No advance bookings!
TICKETMASTER
Ticketmaster Finland sells concert tickets nationwide. You can purchase your tickets from Ticketmaster’s online store at (https://www.ticketmaster.fi) (the link opens in a new tab).

Ticketmaster Ticket Sales and Reservations
Ticketmaster’s telephone service is available at 0600 10 800 (2.00 €/min + local network charge). The service is open Mon–Fri from 8 AM to 9 PM, Sat from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sun from 10 AM to 6 PM.
TICKET PRICES
Ticket prices can be found in the information for each concert. Prices include handling fees. Tickets without handling fees are available at the Valve ticket office. An additional order fee is charged separately: €3 per order when purchasing from Ticketmaster’s ticket outlets, or €1.50 per order when purchasing from Ticketmaster’s online store.

Cultural Benefit Vouchers
SmartumPay and Epassi are accepted as payment methods. At Valve's ticket office, Edenred cards and Eazybreak are also accepted. Please note that paper Smartum culture vouchers are not accepted at the ticket sales points of the Oulu Music Festival, at Valve's ticket office, or at the Oulu10 service points.
Kaikukortti
Oulu Music Festival is part of the Kaikukortti network. The Kaikukortti must be presented when obtaining tickets, and it cannot be used for online purchases. A limited number of tickets are available. You can collect tickets with a Kaikukortti from Oulu10 service points or the Valve ticket office.
GROUPS
Group discount for over 10 people: €2 off per ticket
Group discount for over 30 people: €3 off per ticket
Free ticket for the group leader of groups over 25 people
Groups must confirm their reservations at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Tickets will be delivered electronically via email after the invoice is paid. Other delivery methods can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
School Group Tickets
