Timo Rautiainen is a musician and actor best known for founding the band Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus in 1996. He has also released three solo albums. Rautiainen holds a Master's degree in Education and works as a special education teacher.
Composer and musician Ville Ojanen has been involved in modern folk music as a musician and composer for a couple of decades, playing in bands such as Troka and Folkkarit. Since 2004, Ojanen has pursued a solo career, blending various music genres with folk music. He has released 5 solo albums, with his debut album Rautavaara nominated for the Teosto Prize in 2005. Ojanen's compositions and performances can be heard on over a hundred records, and he has toured as a musician in more than 20 countries. His latest solo album "V" was nominated in the Etno-Emma category at this year's Emma Gala.

A series ticket of the eight concerts is available for the Oulu Music Festival's autumn 2024 Jazz & Etno series. The series ticket is on sale until September 21, 2024. A limited number of tickets are available. The price of the series ticket is 120/70/50€ (including handling fees).
