Oulu Music Festival is an annual city festival held in March, filling the city with international and national guest artists. The program of Oulu Music Festival includes a wide range of classical and rhythm concerts, as well as co-productions featuring contemporary circus and dance.

The Oulu Music Festival also organizes a year-round Jazz & Etno concert series and a summer Jazzpatio. Additionally, the festival hosts masterclasses and other individual music events.
