Oulun Musiikkijuhlien peruttujen konserttien tilalle pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n mahdollisuuksien mukaan j\u00e4rjest\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n korvaava konsertti my\u00f6hemmin joko ensi syksyn\u00e4 tai kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 2021.

Peruttuihin konsertteihin ostetut liput voi siirt\u00e4\u00e4 korvaavaan konserttiin tai lunastaa takaisin 31.8.2020 menness\u00e4. Olemme jatkaneet n\u00e4in lippujen siirto- tai takaisinlunastusaikaa elokuun loppuun saakka. Korvaavista konserteista tiedotamme heti, kun saamme niist\u00e4 varmistuksen. Asiasta tullaan tiedottamaan verkkosivuillamme, sosiaalisen median kanavissamme sek\u00e4 s\u00e4hk\u00f6postitse lipun ostaneille.

Korvaavaa konserttia ei kuitenkaan voida j\u00e4rjest\u00e4\u00e4 mm. Harmajan s\u00e4vyt<\/em>, Forelli <\/em>and Kev\u00e4tuhri<\/em> -konserteista tai Melodic Objects<\/em> -esityksest\u00e4, joten n\u00e4iden osalta asiakkailla on mahdollisuus lunastaa lippunsa takaisin.

Aiemman tiedotuksen mukaisesti vallitsevan koronavirustilanteen vuoksi kaikki Oulun Musiikkijuhlien kev\u00e4\u00e4n konsertit peruttiin pe 13.3. eteenp\u00e4in.

Useiden peruuntuneiden tapahtumien vuoksi palautusten k\u00e4sittely on ruuhkautunut. T\u00e4st\u00e4 johtuen toivomme k\u00e4rsiv\u00e4llisyytt\u00e4 lippujen palautuksen suhteen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MANY OULU MUSIC FESTIVAL CONCERTS RESCHEDULED FOR NEXT FALL AND SPRING 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are aiming at rescheduling as many of the concerts that got canceled at Oulu Music Festival 2020 as possible. The concerts will be held either during next fall or spring 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tickets purchased for the canceled concerts can be transferred to the new concert or returned until 31 August 2020. Thus, the time period of transferring or returning the tickets has been prolonged until the end of August. We will announce the new concerts and dates as soon as we get them confirmed. The information will be put on our website and social media and Ticketmaster will notify ticket holders by email.

Please note that a new concert cannot be arranged for the concerts Harmajan s\u00e4vyt, Forelli, The Rite of Spring<\/em> or Melodic Objects<\/em>. Therefore only returning, not transferring the ticket is possible for these concerts.

According to our earlier announcement, all the concerts of Oulu Music Festival this spring had to be canceled from Friday 13 March onwards due to the corona virus situation.

Due to the unprecedented volume of cancellations, please note that receiving your refund might take longer than usually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKET: We will announce the instructions as soon as we get confirmation on the new concerts and dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REFUNDS:

If you bought your ticket using credit card, PayPal or Klarna invoice you don’t need to do anything.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

* If you have purchased your ticket from ticketmaster.fi<\/a> using a credit card, the ticket price will be automatically refunded to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* If you have purchased your ticket from ticketmaster.fi<\/a> using your PayPal account, the ticket price will be automatically refunded to your PayPal account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* If you have purchased your ticket from ticketmaster.fi<\/a> using Klarna invoice, the ticket price will be automatically refunded to your Klarna invoice. If you have any questions about your Klarna invoice, you can contact Klarna 09-425 997 71 (Mon-Fri 8-18) or info@klarna.fi .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the tickets have been paid through online banking, Ticketmaster Finland invoice, Ticketmaster Gift Card or purchased from Tickemaster ticket shop, please fill in the form from below for the refund. You must provide the Bank account number on the form for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
