Intergalactic jazz concert

The after party to the Star Wars movie concerts at the Oulu Music Festival will be held at the Music Center on Saturday 19 March at 21:00. The concert features timeless film compositions by John Williams familiar from the Star Wars movies adapted into jazz versions. Pianist Tuomas J. Turunen is responsible for arranging this jazz-themed concert, and has gathered a band of Finland's number one jazz players, who have become familiar from bands as UMO Jazz Orchestra, Popeda and Game Music Collective, among others.

The length of the concert is 60 min., without intermission.
