MäSä Duo

MäSä Duo will release their new album Hyppööllä during their upcoming tour. The duo was founded in 2014 when two folk musicians found themselves on the back seat of a bus headed for the Folklandia cruise. Realizing they clicked musically, they decided to start playing together. Since then, they’ve performed at various events, from christenings to weddings and from village fairs to festivals, both in Finland and abroad.

The strength of MäSä Duo lies in their motto: "We perform anywhere we’re invited." The group has previously released two albums: Eläköön (2017) and Kutsumattomat (2020). Now, it’s time for their third album, celebrated with a Finnish Folk Music Association-organized tour in April 2025.

Their earlier achievements include Eläköön being named Folk Music Album of the Year, winning the Konsta Jylhä competition at the Kaustinen Folk Music Festival, being selected as the Speliyhtye, and representing Finland at the festival in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, among other accolades.

MäSä Duo promises their upcoming gigs will be packed with energy, polka, bad jokes, and even a glimpse of the sensitive side of a man from Ostrobothnia. Welcome to the shows!

The Kaikukortti is accepted for the concert, but the number of seats is limited.

A series ticket for the Spring 2025 Jazz & Etno concerts, including four concerts, is available. The series ticket is on sale until January 22, 2025. A limited number of tickets are available. The price of the series ticket is 72/46/30€ (including handling fees).
